Regional Wedding Industry Conference
comes to New Jersey
NEW JERSEY - Wedding professionals
from New Jersey and throughout the Northeast region will gather
for the 10th
annual Northeast Regional Wedding Industry Conference (NERC)
in coordination with the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC)
on Sunday, August 12, 2007 from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
This one-day look at trends
in the wedding business will feature speakers, roundtable discussions,
a trade show and networking opportunity for established wedding
service providers and those looking to enter the field of weddings
and wedding planning.
Speakers include Tom Chillemi (Conde Nast Bridal
Media), who will present an overview of the bridal market from
the 2006 American Wedding Report, Mark Kingsdorf (Queen
Of Hearts Wedding Consultants) who will discuss wedding business
ethics, Erik Kent (NJWedding.com), who will discuss wedding business
success through Making/Renewing Your Wedding Business
Vows, Robert Allen (Wedding Podcast Network), who will present
information on Blogs and Podcasts to reach the tech-savvy bride,
Pat Ambrosius (Distinctively You Events), who will discuss Time
Management for Event Planners and Sue Nairn Smith (The Romantic
Garden) who will give an overview of popular wedding flowers.
Round Table Discussions will include Photography/Videography
trends, Advertising, Networking, Civil Unions, the Bridal Consultant/Vendor
Relationship, bridal accessories/attire and more.
